Should you wish to proceed with your quotation, we require a 50% deposit to confirm an order, and we cannot proceed with creating proofs before receiving this deposit. The remaining balance is to be paid upon order completion but prior to despatch, we cannot be held responsible for delays to original time scales quoted due to slow or late payments. Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, or should you wish to pay by card we are able to send you an electronic invoice and you can make a secure payment by credit or debit card online. This service is provided by PayPal but you do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment.

Proofs are sent electronically as a PDF file for you to check the design, wording and layout prior to printing. Whilst we take great care in producing your proofs, you are responsible for ensuring that the proof is as you want it, sign off will result in that exact version being printed. Any changes required or sign off should be submitted to us in writing, email is acceptable

Designs & Production
All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Sussex and Surrey Invitations. The printed colour of your stationery may differ slightly to the colour shown on your computer screen as we cannot predict the colour settings on your monitor when viewing the PDF proof. We are unable to guarantee colour matching as all our printing is done using digital printing methods and small variations can occur. This is unfortunately out of our control. Due to our products being hand finished irregularities can occur from card to card, this is unavoidable but is part of the charm of bespoke stationery.

Cancellation of order after production has begun will result in the loss of your deposit to cover the costs we have already incurred.

Once we have received your order, we aim to get proofs to you within 7-10 days, however this may be longer for bespoke designs but we will inform you of any timescasles. Once approved, your finished stationery will be delivered to you within the agreed timescale as detailed on the quotation. Unfortunately sometimes timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but we will always keep you updated on your order.

Delivery will be made using Royal Mail Special delivery which is an overnight traceable service that requires a signature and the contents are insured. In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please notify us immediately. We strongly recommend that you examine the stationery at the time of delivery – we have your satisfaction in mind. Naturally we cannot accept liability for damages, or errors on the proof that were signed off for printing. Delivered goods are your responsibility, if you delay accepting the delivery we will not be held responsible. Whilst we will do everything we can to ensure the prompt arrival of your cards, it cannot be held liable for any delays in the postal service.

Data Protection
Customer’s personal details will only be used by Sussex & Surrey Invitations and will not be given or sold to any third parties. We reserve the right to use photographs of all our designs within company media such as website and promotional materials etc.
